Submissions

Price reports are each contributor's own self-reported account of their company's real-world experience: what they pay, for what, under what pricing model. By submitting, you affirm the report reflects your genuine first-hand knowledge and that you are the licensed contractor (or authorized by them) whose license is used for verification.

Reports are published anonymously. We display only cost data, size and volume bands, state, and license class — never names, companies, license numbers, or contact details. Submissions are intended to describe a contributor's own experience, not to disclose any document or information the contributor is prohibited from sharing.

Data

All data on this site — verified reports, researched estimates, and aggregate statistics — is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is self-reported or compiled from cited public sources, and actual pricing varies by negotiation, scope, and time. Nothing here is professional, legal, or purchasing advice.

Corrections and takedowns

If you believe a report or estimate is inaccurate, fraudulent, or improperly sourced, email corrections@whatcontractorspay.com with the page link and the issue. We investigate every request and remove data that fails our verification standards. Vendors are welcome to submit official pricing documentation for citation as a researched estimate — but no payment, partnership, or request will ever alter or remove a verified report.
